1/14-1/18 Saranac Lake & Lake Placid, NY

Just in case you thought Smile Divers was ONLY about scuba diving at beautiful tropical destinations, CHECK THIS OUT!  As some of you may already know, many of our smile divers are past and present members of the National Ski Patrol.  Smile Diver veterans, Chris & Anne Dyer hosted a number of us at their SUPER COMFORTABLE home overlooking Saranac Lake!  We spent lots of time simply chilling and swapping stories, but also filled up the gallery section at the local bowling alley to watch Anne knock em down with her Bowling League teammates.  She had her own cheering section!  We also took a day to ski Whiteface Mountain, where the 1980 Winter Olympics were held.  That was followed up by a day at Lake Placid… enjoying the local cuisine, shops & galleries, local brewery and tap house.  Best of all, some decided to enjoy a dog sled ride on the frozen lake.
